The cell membrane isolated from the culture dish was identified by live & dead assay. The living cells were stained green by calcein fluorescent dye and the dead cells were stained red by ethd-1 dye
The morphology of the cells inoculated on the low surface free energy Petri dish was observed microscopically, and the cells on the exfoliated cell membrane were further analyzed by flow cytometry
The results showed that the cell morphology and cell surface determinants inoculated on the low surface free energy Petri dish did not change, suggesting that the Petri dish did not change the biological characteristics of cells
